This announcement will serve as our official statement regarding the recent connectivity issues and TSB schedules.

We are well aware of the lag and connectivity issues that’s present in our servers after today’s emergency maintenance (EM). We would like to inform everyone that today’s Emergency Maintenance  was done for the sole purpose of fixing the Township Battle (TSB) schedules. The official TSB schedules are as follows:

Registration: 6pm – 7pm

Standby: 7pm – 8pm
Actual Battle: 8pm – 9pm

The above schedules are for both Minor (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) and Major TSB’s (Saturday).

We recently patched an earlier fix to address the lag issue which was the main cause why most were able to access the servers and lessened (if not completely fixed) connectivity issues. But, as we all know, the usual “Lag” was back again after today’s Emergency Maintenance.

Initial investigations shows that this is an ISP issue.  We’ve been checking our connections and it shows that some ISPS have trouble connecting to our games and services starting from 1pm.  We’ve also checked the status of our other games and their players are complaining about the same thing and reporting the same ISPs as Rohan players.

• Bayantel
• Eastern
• SmartBro
• Infocom
• DestinyCable
• Sky Broadband
• Tri-Isys
• BellTelecom
• Globe

On this note, we are now in close coordination with YNK and the ISPs/Telcos about what happened and we are focusing all our efforts of fixing this issue as fast as humanly possible.
