Dates and Draw Schedules:

Launch: November 18, 2009

Raffle Period – Nov. 18 4PM to December 16, 2009 4PM

Grand Draw:
December 17, 2009 (5PM)

Eligibility:

• Open to all new or exsiting Rohan players
• Employees of Level Up and participating outlets including  their  relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
  

MECHANICS

• To join, just purchase any denomination Level Up card and TOP IT UP TO ROHAN by going to https://my.levelupgames.ph
• New accounts could also be created in https://my.levelupgames.ph by following the guided tour for accounts creation.
• For Every Php10.00 you top-up, you gain ONE RAFFLE ENTRY

• The more top up cards you have the more chances of winning
• Winners will be announced immediately via IGA, Website and forums
• There will be 8 winners per server in the Grand Draw (3 Giants Character winners and 5 Consolation prize winners per server.)
• Only top-ups made within the draw week are eligible for the weekly draws.
• Grand Prize will be a leveled Giants Character that will be awarded when the Giants Update Launches

Raffle Draw

• All players who topped up for the month will be eligible.
• Winners in the weekly draw are no longer eligible to win.
• Employees of Level Up and participating outlets including  their  relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
  

Giants Raffle Draw Prizes will be:

1st Prize:
LV 80 Giants Character with floating stats (No change Job quest done)

2nd Prize:
LV 50 Giants Character with floating stats (No change Job quest done)

3rd Prize:
LV 30 Giants Character with floating stats

Consolation Prize: 5 Winners per Server
500 Pieces Cake [Heals 6K HP, 2secs. Cool Down]

To claim, Winners must send an email to krieger@levelupgames.ph

*Note that winners of Giants characters must create a level 1 Giants character first before claiming the prize so that the RohanPH GM team could award the prize*

Details must include:
1.Username and Character Name (Giants) and server where character will be inserted in. (For Giants Character Winners)
2.Username and Character Name and Server where Cakes will be inserted in. (For Consolation Prize Winners)
3.Unclaimed prizes after 60 days will be forfeited in our favor.

Only valid and correct information will be eligible for awarding.
